Homeland Security has placed 2012-1 Pre-solicitation on the Web. DHS 2013-1 will open to proposal on 20 Dec and close at 2:00 PM EST on January 23, 2013. Questions may be submitted up to 9 Jan 2013.

DoD has posted its 2013-1 SBIR solicitation on the Web. It opens to proposals on 17 December and closes at 6:00 AM on 16 January 2013. This one has more changes in it that we've seen in recent years (you might want to consider getting a ToolKit).

The NASA posted their traditional SBIR/STTR 2012 Solicitation on the Web. However, this time there is a concurrent "SELECT" SBIR only solicitation also running with with slightly different rules (fewer topics, higher award levels, etc.). DO NOT GET THESE CONFUSED.
